Oils, Fats & Greases (OFG's) are a significant issue in wastewater treatment systems. It is important for the effective operation of any wastewater treatment system (including the pipework) to trap the OFG's before it progresses through the system. This is done by removing it before complete cooling and solidifying. The removal of OFG's will reduce blockages, improve the performance of a wastewater treatment system and minimise pollution of groundwater and open waterways. The Polylok Domestic Grease Trap is the solution.
